Event Description:
The Mushroom Festival WINE & DINE dinner will be held Friday, May 14 at the Beach House restaurant on Deer Lake. Enjoy scenic views as you experience morel inspired creations paired with wines. 
Tickets are $75 per person, which includes five morel-infused hors d'oeuvres, five wine tastings, tax and gratuity.

Dress for this event is best described as "dressy casual". Have fun with it! Dress up a little and enjoy a fancy night out with us!

Course #1
Morel ragout crostini: Sautéed morels, caramelized ramps, Boursin cheese, fresh thyme, sherry wine.
Pairing – Donati Family Sisters Forever UnOaked Chardonnay

Course #2
Soup: Morel mushroom, leek crème fraiche, fried parsnip chip
Pairing – Donati Family Merlot

Course #3
Stuffed morel: Crab, shallot, bread crumb, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, lemon zest
Pairing -  Donati Family Cabernet

Gnocchi : Morel, chive, Asparagus, pea, Morel mushroom cream, parmesan

Beef: Peppered Tenderloin medallion, shallot, Port wine mushroom sauce.
