    The upcoming Expungement Fair and Community Resource Event, scheduled for October 4th at the Petoskey Fairgrounds Community Building, offers a crucial opportunity for individuals seeking to clear blemishes from their record. The Expungement Fair is from 12 PM to 4PM. This does require pre-registration (use this link to pre-register) and will feature legal professionals providing expungement assistance.

    The Community Resource event will run from 10 AM to 4 PM with various community organizations offering resources for housing, employment, and mental health services. Attendees will have access to valuable support in navigating the expungement process and connecting with local resources to aid in their personal and professional growth.
