Event Description:The 10th annual Boyne City "Earlier Than The Bird" holiday shopping event is Saturday, Nov. 18, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Kick off the season with friends and family, coffee and holiday shopping specials - all while in the comfort of your pajamas. By holding the event the Saturday before Thanksgiving, 30 merchants are inviting customers to get an "early bird" preview of all the great holiday shopping available. Merchants are offering special deals along with refreshments. In addition, those shoppers who wear their pajamas and stop at the Chamber office will receive an exclusive Earlier Than The Bird coffee mug (pictured), while supplies last. (Sorry, sweats and workout clothes are not eligible as pajamas). The Chamber office will also give you a list of all participating stores with details on their discount offers. The event is sponsored by the Boyne City Main Street Program and the Boyne Area Chamber of Commerce. For more information contact the Chamber at 231-582-6222.
