FREE Yoga for Beginners

It balances all the systems of the body with postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience, beginner or established athlete. Participants are asked to bring their own mats.
Meets weekly with one session on Mondays at 10:30am and one session on Wednesdays at 4:30pm. Limited spots available per session. Please only sign-up for one session per week.
